HOW TO COOK:
Just cook it like you would cook your rice, using a 1:2 ratio for adlai to water and a conventional rice cooker, set the time to 30 to 40 minutes until light and fluffy. You can even swap it in for regular rice, or mix it with your superfood and salad bowls – savory or sweet, it pairs well with everything!
